While creating my $8D XDF it occurred to me that if there was a way to identify "advancd" user items from the commonly tweaked items it would keep new users from changing things that do nothing but cause problems.
Items such as filter coefficients that an advanced tuner may use could be hidded if in "NOOB" mode or something.
That way there could be "Full" DXF listing every possible item in the calibration.
Seems like it would be better than creating a basic XDF for beginners to tweak and having more advanced copies that experienced people use.
Some kind of a 1, 2, 3 , selection that could be applied to each XDF item and the user could select Beginner, Moderate or Advanced for the items to be displayed. This will keep the options somewhat in an order of preference for adjustment.
That way items don't need to be marked as "Don't adjust this unless you know what you are doing"
