XDF request for Bosch M3.8.1 VR6 ECU 021 906 256

Post by toyotec »

I am after a XDF for the above ECU.
Is there an emualtor that can be used with tuner pro that would allow live calibration development.

Anyone out there who can help?

You have to make the XDF manualy. All XDF files are created by hard work. Maybe you should start on yours. You got enough examples in the definitions page.

I agree and understand. I should have added "willing to pay small fee".

The XDF files I have from here are for older M2.7/2.9 ECUs with DIL28 chips.
Would not have thought that addresses are carry over to 16 bit 1024K.

That is OBD2, it is much more complicated, only 32kb is used by ecu, rest of the rom is memory.

Thanks for sharing.

Yes it is a late 97 European ECU without secondary air and catalyst monitor sensor. It is very similar to US OBD2 M3.8.X unit. These where available from model year 96 onwards on Golf MK3.
