On the FAQ, there is a download link for Rich Edit module; this zip file can not be unzipped once downloaded.

Any other locations to download it from?

What system are you installing TunerPro on? Most likely you don't need it. If you do, do a google search on "riched20.dll". You can download from many places that way.
