Error checksum could not be updated

I installed tuner pro 5 on my computer and when trying to save a modified >bin file it keeps popping up with the error and im not sure if put the plug in file in the plugin folder or what i should do with it the bin file is from a 2001 chevy yukon xl with a os 12208322 some one please help this is driving me crazy

Check that you have the correct checksum plug-in module selected in the Checksum Data Editor.

XDF → View/Edit XDF Header Info → Checksums → Edit Selected
