Hello, Id like to get some advice on tuning burbles on a 413 red label ecu. I there are forums on here about this but I haven't had much luck with them.
I've tried adding fuel and cutting timing on lower load values but it doesn't seem to work (The values are for part throttle). I've seen mentions of a "overrun fuel cut rpm" but I do not see this value anywhere.
I'm running a motronicrt with tunerpro. thanks

Tried using idle ignition angle 0(rawdata) at the last 2 values? works for getting some pops
Re: 413 Burble/Pops and Bangs
You need to find the deceleration( fuel restore) map 1x4, curve with coolant temperature (x) and (y) values as rpm (decimal *40)
and change the parameters , that then throttle is closed not cutting off the fuel supply.-

Yeah I figured that was how but it seems my XDF file doesn't have this parameter. Is there some way I can get your XDF? Or am I doing something else wrong.

Also not entirely sure what the "?????" is but its a 5x8 table with revs and volts. Don't think its overrun.

You have to create this parameter to tunerpro, fuel restore map is here:

Re: 413 Burble/Pops and Bangs
How would I get this hex code to function properly as a parameter? I understand basic tuning but haven't figured out how to do this successfully yet. If you couldn't tell I'm a but of a newbie. Thanks
Re: 413 Burble/Pops and Bangs
try this:
copy in notepad and save as .xdf
Code: Select all

Wow thank you so much man, I really cant thank you enough. We need more people like you in this world, we really do.
For Future People: specifically, i pasted the code into a notepad like you said, and through tunerpro, open a new xdf and on the bottom right select txt file, then copy the parameter, reopen the cars xdf file, and paste the parameter.
I love you mantuse27
