This program, it's kind of like Forscan? Made by 3rd party, so ppl can get to all parts of the cars ECM ? I have to ask cause I'm new to working on a car with OBD1. I want to be sure so I can buy a program for my laptop I use to work on cars with OBD2 system. Thanks for the help.
