I'm looking for advice from members who might know where i can find information on accessing my trucks basic parameters like cooling fan on off points and throttle sensitivity?
can tuner pro access this stuff?

Are you asking about an E92 ECM (2014+ Sierra / Silverado 1500 series truck) ?
You could adjust the calibration parameters with TunerPro, if you wrote a corresponding XDF file.
TunerPro will not read / write (i.e. flash) OBD2 controllers, so you would need to find another means of doing this.
Probably the easiest route is to take it to a tuning shop and have them adjust things, or look at purchasing HP Tuners and attempting this yourself.
