tunerpro v4 packet errors

Finally got my new dual exhaust installed and am ready to data log and tune my truck. Laptop connects fine with the key on engine off all data is good As soon as I start the engine the data stops and the packet error count starts climbing fast. I have searched the internet and tried everything I can think of and nothing has helped. I'm using a 7427 pcm and A217A218$OD?ecm and tcm datastream definition.
