Re-pin OBD 1.5 to OBD 1?

Working on a 1994 Oldsmobile 98, which as I understand is a OBD 1.5. I don't have a OBD 1 type cable with the ODB II connector. From my understanding they outputs are basically the same, so I was wondering, can I de-pin the 8192 baud data line and the ground from the OBD II connector and put them into a OBD 1 port that I have? the pins themselves are physically different, so can't be done directly.

however, you could hook up a secondary port in parallel and have both available.
