In case you missed it, the latest release of TunerPro (4.13) has full EECIV/EECV support. =)

Note that the a9L definition on the TunerPro web site assumes the first bit of padding have been removed from the bin (0-0x2000).

Alternately you could set the offset in the XDF header to 0x2000.
