Just Getting Started

Just got my ALDL cable and disk in the mail today, seems to be nothing on the disk, like it was erased, I found the driver online and downloaded it and both versions of Tunerpro (RT).
First, is there an online manual for using the ALDL cable and or Tunerpro software? Sure could use some help right about now.

I found the online articles, is there more information somewhere else?
