16193495 ECM S10 Blazer

Looking for a data files that will talk to an 1995 S10 Blazer, 4.3l Vortec. OBD1 compliant. Tried the 95 Vette ones did not do the trick.

This vehicle is a pain. it seems it was unique and more like ODB1.5

Help apprecitated.

is it a TBI or CPI motor?

Sorry.

It is a CPI. One injector and 6 poppets- spider. The first year the Blazer had a Vortec (as far as i can tell).

W engine code.

i'm seeing 92 as the first year for the 4.3CPI motor, not sure if that wa for testing or what.

Myy daughter have a s10 1995 with the black ecm under the hood that the sticker sas its obd1, but has a obd2 connector in the car.
Its a obd2 car read it with my obd2 scanner.
