needed ecu definition file for mk4 vr6 12v 01 (021-906-18R) me7.1

hey guys trying to update my 2step map my tuner made and for some reason it wont activate... he says engage 1st pump the clutch 2 times then hold at 4300 rpm tried that multiple times and it wont activate (verified clutch switch is working ) hes asking for $100 cdn to take another look... so i call bullsh** because it never worked... the pop and crackle is stupid aggressive though i just need someone to locate a xdf or bin file or make one any help would be much appreciated.. theres no ecu definition on the tuner pro website unless its the same for the AAA motors thanks guys not sure if i should attach the stock file as it says invalid file
