Default gauge selection
Mark, When adding a new gauge to the dash there is no default item selected. This causes a crah when reloaded/saved. Can you set it to default to the first item found for that particular gauge type? It would have to be looked up for the correct "type" during the first save in the dialog be...

Having fun with this
Look at it now :) Kind of cool to put some indicators over others. Need to squeeze fans in there somewhere (Even though I don't have electric) I was going to put up some monitor shots too but they come out unreadable. The one marked FP Volts is set for TPS% but the text keeps displaying wrong until ...

Its an Intel 800 but only has 128 ram, 60 Gb drive (46 free), running serial cable with USB on the AutoProm. I changed to a fixed swapfile to see if that would help. Couple things I did find was that having 32 bit video was slowing me down allot. Changed to 16 bit and picked up a few hz. This machin...

Win98SE Focus stuck in catergory bar
I have had issues with the catergory selection bar "stealing" the focus. Trying to find the sequence that indicates when it will occur is not working out. Just seems like you can change them several time while editing and then it will just allow changes along that bar. Can not even close T...

That DASH crash is due to when a new item was added there was no default item assigned to it. So when it loaded there was nothing there. I figured that out shortly after playing with the dash items. I'm insane!!!!, Its just my laptop again
After reloading, unloading drives for video, networks, comms and the reloading everything...again and again.
Its working fine today.
Still don't know what caused the whole thing to go buggy.
Maybe a conflict when installing the new version that I wasn't aware of.
Anyway, All is well.

When setting a 16 bit constant and using "hex digits" as the type. If I open the item to edit there are only 3 digits. Should be 4 so I can set an address I want to load from for the ALDL word output. Right now I've broken them into LSB, MSB and edit that way using 8 bit. Works ok that way...

LC-1 Scaling Values
I think I have most of it figured out (for the WB anyway) Use 1024, YES. Use 15.04 AFR span/1024 counts = 0.0146875 +7.35 Gives 0-5 volt range of 7.35 to 22.39:1 AFR For doing an ECM input directly (8 bit) factor would be 0.05898039 +7.35 The Sim NB signal counts = (0.103 V = 21.09), (1.099 V = 225)...

Scaling the Moates A/D
I'm using the A/D channels on the extender and can't seem to get my head on straight with the settings to scale them correctly. I see in your example $6E ADS that you have them setup for 16 bit but with a 1024 maximum range? What would the counts/volt be for this? ( 5/1024= 0.0049 V per Count) or ( ...

When I do a compare of a file with allot of code changes (or the differences are many) something just begins to lockup TP. Quick suggestion, Is there a way you could allow the hex editor (or 2D, 3D advanced displays) to display addresses with an offset? Entry box for default starting value maybe. When saving a "read" of of an 29F040 chip, "save buffer to file" only writes 32768. The buffer has the whole file, just doesn't write it all out.
Went back to ver 310 to see if it existed there and it wrote the full stacked bin OK.
Probly something simple.

I can't come up with a conversion formula for a MAP sensor value.
