Knowing what ECU you're working with would likely help.

The only way I've seen this done is by adding a daughter board that has what is essentially an emulator built in to the board, such as Nistune for Nissans and the NVSRAM for some of the OBD1 GM ECMs.

Release Attached Hardware button.

Is there a way to add a release attached hardware button to the toolbar?

I've looked but can't find a way to do it.

I guess I'm really suggesting this be added, since I am posting in this section. lol

Thanks

Sometimes there is some change that happens to an XDF without me realizing it, and if there was an autosave feature this change would always happen. I like the way it is currently, asking to save any changes when I close Tuner Pro or open an new XDF. It's easy enough to save a modified XDF as it is,...

BNKM is $31 (I assume you meant BNKM, not BMKN). I just downloaded it and checked for myself.

I don't see how loading a different XDF can effect the way the vehicle runs, unless you tried to adjust something with the wrong XDF.

BTW, BNKM is for a 1995 5.7L, Auto (4L80E).

You wouldn't use PROM ID, that is just a preprogrammed number that is spit out by the ALDL to identify the prom by datastream only.
