Is there a way for you to make the gauges on the dash able to be made sideways with a sweep of 170 degrees? I can make them horizontal half circles but only the top side of the gauge is allowed. Might be easier to have a rotation setting for the object rather than recoding the existing or a new gaug...

Its not a big deal, just tells you if you change files.
You can edit the XDF header info to point to your ADX file and the message will only come back if you change the file names.
There is also a check box in the Preferences (DAQ tab) so you can disable the warning message.

Sounds like the negative value is getting you. The variable you are changing may not be signed and take positive values only.
Entering a negative can give the effect of a high positive value in some cases.
Confirm the scaling and conversion numbers you have there.

These only deal with fans when A/C is active.
If the car is below the set speed, the fan will turn on (even if coolant temp is cold)
The idea was to keep air flowing across the condenser for the A/C.
Once the car is above the MPH setting, the fans operate normally from the coolant temp.
