other commands
How do I execute (or send) a different command string?
I couldn't figure out how to do a Mode 10 (clear faults) yesterday.
I reverted back to V4.14 to do the "Send Command" button.
Is there a quick way to do that it V5 yet?
Thanks,
John

That is the TPS% point where PE engages. There are two tables (normal coolant temp, and High coolant temp) There is a varible that sets the temperature at which the high temp table is used. Like stated above, the high temp table bring PE in earlier in most cases that I've seen. The richer mixture an...

What I do is to take the percentage difference between the 128 (ideal) and the BLM reading you have and then apply only 75% of the correction. That way you slowly creep up on the pefrect (closest) value without overshooting due to the possible road conditions on any individual drive. Another way is ...

Data Tracing
Data tracing with Max232 works in V4 currently. Basically you setup the XDF (editor) associations to the related ADS (Logging) item. ie: link RPM in the XDF bin editor so when RPM reads in on the ALDL it can indicate the current position onto the edited table. This would be the "Y" axis (v...

That looks like the timing issue I had with my def. Magnus instructed me to add a time delay to the connection macro before the start of it. There is a histogram in the $8D S_AUJP V4 contents that is set up to do exactly what you asked. Will give you all the BLM readings in a RPM Vs. MAP table. Several other are included too like MPG estimate by speed and MAP. You can use those definitions to add the function to yours. The packages are p...

Create a new one if you want and that way you don't have a bunch of sessions in one log file. You can't delete sessions from a log.
I keep the sessions just that (one day or testing period)
The logs I create for each of the times I want to separate sessions.

Thought about this on my last cruise using TP and SP where I couldn't describe the problem by tapping the throttle several times. (usually what I do)
Not sure how big the logs would get but then you could talk to yourself while driving and be able to remember where the issue occurred.
