I believe you're asking about injector "latency" or "dead time" or "lag time". It is based on battery voltage and there is usually a table in the ECU indexed by battery voltage for this value. Here is a link to a list of injectors and their lag times: Injector Lag Times

You'll need a chip programmer such as the Burn2 from Moates to read the chip into a bin file.

Thanks for trying that dex, but I don't think the XDF should have anything to do with it. You should be able to open any bin before opening an XDF, right?
The bin size is the same as in the XDF I had loaded.

When a bin that contains all nulls (0x00) is opened, the title bar isn't updated with the name of the bin file.

Have you tried to "Release Emulation Hardware" (under the "Tools" menu) in one instance and then "Initialize Emulation Hardware" in the other? I'm just guessing this might work.

If "Color Table Cells" is checked in Preferences and "Use Low Range" and/or "Use High Range" is unchecked, color the cells based on the range of values in the table. If "Use Low Range" and/or "Use High Range" is checked, then use those values to determine cell color.

For a lab scope, a Tektronix is great, but for portability (I use mine in and around the car) and ease of use, the Fluke is the way to go. Plus, they hold their value well.
