It's funny you should say that, because I swear it ran better before I sent the chip to Ryan (even though it was programmed for a 3.1L). I'm done with that car. Pulled the plug off the ECM and check the terminal, had 13.5V, so I plugged it back in, and the Fuel Pump Voltage problem went away.
