Mark, it does the same thing on both of my PCs, i run 800x600.
being able to resize that dialog would be nice for us old guys who have bad eyes :D
(if windows would still let me, i would be running at 640x480)

95 was pretty much a conversion year. some vehicles were OBD1, some were OBD2. some OBD1 vehicles had the OBD2 ALDL, what some call OBD1.5 but they are still OBD1 & you can flash codes by jumpering the right 2 terminals in the ALDL. with OBD2, you can only get codes with a scanner of some kind. ...

i put them in Constants/Scalers like you said.
one of the guys in the post said they got a CEL with them set at 00, i set them to 01 & it works good, no more unlock in decel :D

it sounds like your using the wrong bin definition file from what i can tell, it looks like you have the $85 mask. i may be wrong, but it looks like that ECM was only used in very limited applications. i don't know if anyone has done a def file for that ECM or not. you may find what you need here, h...
