aem wideband vs. 02 readings
I am getting conflicting readings between my aem wb gauge and the 02 readings from the tpi ecm. My blm's are from 120 to 124 at cruise but my aem wideband is showing 16-17 afr. The engine is running fine. Is the wideband messed-up? Bad sensor for the wideband? I have the tpi 02 sensor mounted two fe...

conflicting WB and blm readings
7165 ecm, 383, 6e starting to tune my maf tables to get the blms in line (idle 108 and cruise 108). I started to lower the grams/sec in the first and second tables. the blms got closer to 128 but my WB is reading lean at idle and cruise (16-17). It seams that the closer I get to 128 the engine is ru...

tunning suggestions
finally got everything up and running with tunerpro. Running a 1988 1227165 maf system. Motor is a 383 with 10:1 comp. Just got a chip that I can work with running $6e bin. Was wondering about some tuning tips. Blm at idle is pegged at 108 and cruise is also at 108. The blm goes to 128 when accelera...

No, I don't know what the bottom chip is. It is a smaller chip and is directly under the 27256. I also seems that the there is nothing going to the other half of the memcal socket. These chips must be tied together somehow?? I am getting a different memcal off of ebay with a custom program and a pro...

My hypertech chip has two chips that are stacked on top of one another. Could this cause a problem, or should I unsolder the top chip (27256) and try reading the bin that way? I have been using the HDR1 adapter from moates to read the chip so far. I tried emulating with the bin off of the hypertech ...

troubles with hypertech chip addressing?
I am trying to download the bin for my hypertech chip (27256-25). I have a 1988 1227165 ecm. Tried to get the bin thru tunerpro v5 witch works fine but the graphs are all zero's. Tried the 27c128 trick but then the graphs are all 89.65. The file size with the 27c256 is 32 kb and the 27c128 is 4 kb. ...

I have a 28 pin chip. Using mask $32b. I tried the 00000 FFFFF and it did not work. I also tried downloading the bin from the chip with each and every chip supported in the drop down window in tunerpro with some of them giving me all zeros in the graphs and some giving me 89.65 in all of the cells. ...

Just some more info on my set-up. I have a 383 sbc in a 98 s10 with a tuned port fuel injection system. Truck runs great but idle is a little rough and a little rich. I would like to get in to using tunerpro to fix these small issues and to get into fuel injection tuning as a whole. The ecm is stock...

I am new to tunerpro and fuel injection tuning in general. I installed tunerpro rt and got the laptop hooked up the the ecm (1227165) through the aldl connector/usb adapter. I am getting some communication but the readings on the dash board are all messed up. All the gauges do are bounce up and down...
