If I should use Tunerpro RT should I use XPR file for release 4 or 5? Tunerpro RT or tunerpro? they differ.

Hello, I am using TunerPro for my buell 1125R 2008, and when I am reading the ECM, I get some errors on the pages 14 and 15 by the look of the logfile. Can anyone explain for me why this is happening and if there is something I can do to fix this? I have not dared to do any tuning yet when not being...
