Never mind. I downloaded on my friends laptop and it's fine. something with my computer.

won't see reflex+
I have a motive reflex+, I installed firmwear, then downloaded tuner pro rt. every time I open tuner pro it says the device is Osrich II v36.71. even before any device is connected. I clicked the usb icon and got it to see the reflex once. but now it only says devivce is Ostrich or NEMU v36.71.
