Is tweecer a cousin of tunerpro?

Being that the xdf can be made to fit a tweecer by pulling out the padding, were the two programs developed by the same people?

I don't think so.
Mark did it on his own as far as I know.
He and Craig Moates talk a bit together I think.

Smart guys! Just wish they lived closer to Up State SC so I could pick thier brains more often!

The reason for the apparent similarity is simply down to them both dealing with a common product - the eec.

The xdf is, in it's simplest sense, merely a set of instructions for the binary editor (i.e. TunerPro) on how to display elements of the binary file in a user friendly way. This makes editing a whole lot easier.

You can start off editing with either a stock or modified bin, you don't need both.
