cant save scalar changes

Hello,
I'm new to tuning. Just starting to try and learn some things. I have a question about saving scalar changes. I have a 2004 gt 4.6 mustang im working on. Im using tunerpro and I downloaded the decipha files xdf and adx. My bin is from my ecu fbfg2ty. Ok when I make a scalar change and try to save the values don't save. I saw a post online about changing the bin file size under the xdf header info but I cant get the xdf file to unlock with the password decipha. What am I doing wrong?

make sure you have a bin file loaded in
