Need help BMW 403 DME

Hello,
I'm searching this forum for a while now...never posted anything...till now.
For about 2 years ago i bought myself an Ostrich 2.0. never had time to do anything with it (only used it a few time's on my bike).
But now i want to use it at my BMW 325i NV with 403ecu and having the next problem.
The car runs fine with original eeprom.
If i use the ostrich the car wont start, it only starts with the laptop connected.
I'm messing arount with this for about 2 weeks now, tried almost everything. checked all the wiring and found out that the DME does not ground the DME relais. If i ground pin# 85 on the DME Relais the car starts fine. Even without laptop connected.
Can someone help me out with this....???
