Ducati ST4s (IAW59M)

Post by biela »

Hello,

I want to modify the maps of my Ducati ST4s (IAW59M) 2001 year.
I will try to build a .xdf file.
I have the .bin file. It has been read from the ECU by a MPPS tool.

Best regards

Hello!
Have you succeeded in creating a xdf file for the ECU?
I would really appreciate it if you shared it :)

I would be happy to try and help verify this information for you.

I have a Monster S4 (2002) 59M.A2 HW010 that I am trying to find a .XDF for. My ECU took a dump after I shorted out a PC3 by accident and I need a way to test with another 59M with the immobilizer disabled.

Have you seen this already?

I'm using Tunerpro and I have two ecus, the other one is Monster S4 DP ecu IAW59M.A2/HW010 (received it yesterday and it was sold to me as ST4s DP ecu). I went through both ecus bin files today and this is what I found out:
I was able to find the first fuel map, but the delta fuel map didn't make any sense to me. Should it be similar to the first fuel map or is it just some correction values to the first one?
Spark map was found.
I believe the ect fuel trims were 1x16 tables, first one gave a reasonable table but second one had first value of 1198 and rest 1200?
ATM/air temp fuel trim seemed ok too, I guess.

kiaku, the second fuel map has got correction values.

In my bin 39610 goes from 1200 max to 970 min.

BGRSGrant, i have upload my bin to irok web. I think i will finish my xdf this week.

What kind of correction values do you have on the delta fuel map and how does the second ect fuel trim effect the bike?

XDF added:

Ducati ST4s 2001 xdf

Any comments are welcome.

I think the delta fuel map adds or susbtracts fuel from main fuel map.
And the second ECT fuel trim affects during warm-up.
