ford tuning

Just curious as to how much ford tuning do people do with tunerpro? Any members actively tuning Ford's?

I've tuned several A9l mustangs with TP. The last setup was real good, Tunerpro with quarterhorse. Nice Dashboard with tracing. I set it up on my Snapon Verus (windows xp) which has a touch screen with stylus and a cigarette lighter plug for power. Worked great.

Tuning 2005 Ford

Post by ASE Doc »

Hi everyone. Please excuse my being a nube at tuning. I am a veteran of automotive diagnostics with over 22 years as a diag specialist on factory EFI systems in all makes and models. I have heard alot about Tunerpro over the past few years, but have no experience tuning PCMs, aside from installing factory updates. I have recently finished a build on a 2005 Ford 5.4 3V engine and wish to do some tuning to improve idle quality and optimize timing and fuel curves to fit the performance camshafts. Is tuning of this ECM possible using Tunerpro? Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to reply. Sorry if I hijacked this thread but it seemed like the right place for my question.
