need hwlp tuning a new mild sbc

Hey men, i need some help tunin my brand new motor. set up is this. 350 .040 over eagle blanced rotating asy. 9.8.1 compcams xtreme energy. 268 224/230 479/480 114 lsa. aluminum heads 190runners 64 cc
chambers. xram intake "open plum"with stock tbi's. @13psi fuel pressure.7747 ecm. on a stock bin the car ideals pretty good revs up ok. ideals @ 60 kpa a little low on the vacum for the cam listed? my problem is this when i put it in gear car falls right on it butt pops though the tbi's. is there a way to bring the iac valves closer to closed. they are around 50step's @ideal and 60 kpa. is there a way to increase the timing speed. it act's like the motor is out running the timing. im using $42. i can't really datalog it becuase it wont run down the road good enuff yet . i thought the car would run much better then it does on the stock bin with the 114 cam . but something is sure not right . any good advise. thanks mark

i got it fixed thats what i get for useing a 2oclock timing tab with a 12oclock balancer
