you can "flash" the ecu but only with base file, then this ecu has auto tune and will write its own maps in the memoryJefnes wrote:This statement 100% incorrect.revlimit wrote:Not posible! That motronic is full adoptive, it writes its own maps to give best power.
To original poster: How do you plan to get the file into the ecu?
That ecu is easily flashable.
The map stucture is similar to Mk3 Obd2 ABA (M5.9.1)
You can switch the adaptives off for part load and idle or just target lambda differenty as a work around.revlimit wrote:you can "flash" the ecu but only with base file, then this ecu has auto tune and will write its own maps in the memoryJefnes wrote:This statement 100% incorrect.revlimit wrote:Not posible! At full load, there are tables to offset to the "ideal A/F profile" from basic injection, providing additional COP lambda does not offset it further.

i desolder the Eprom and solder a Sockel on the Board. Then i can flash the EPROM external.

Do you have a XDF for the Obd2 ABA?
