depends: i use a G3 adapter from Moates and i can switch BINs in about 15 seconds that way. i also have a remote, so that i can switch them without going under the hood to do so.

i guess what i'm saying is, what hardware do you have already?

soldering is no problem.

I would like to switch programms while the engine is running. and not to turn off the ignition.

Look at the Moates' 2-timer.

I know the 2timer.

Im looking for an alternative, which makes it possible to switch with the engine on.

IIRC: the two-timer doesn't need the engine off.... and the G3 doesn't either.

not sure how honda ECU's deal with the checksum, but with GM ECMs it works fine for me.
