help menu

I don't know if its a bug or my computer. I'm just starting out with tuner pro and just wanted to open the help menu. I can get it to open but when I click subject nothing happens. I tried v5 and 4. If I click it rapidly I see what looks like a download box that's it. I am using google chrome if that's the problem? Maybe its not letting me download?

Ok its my desktop sorry. I can open it on my laptop just fine.
