TunerPro 4.00: csv log files, 100% displayed as 101.59%

TunerPro 4.00: In the log files as exported to CSV, values for 100% are displayed as 101.59%. Examples are cooling fan % and egr %. This is using the 165 ECU.

This is a property of the ADS file. Fix it to do the correct math.
