hello
i have pocketrom I and a 89-90 350 LO5 (K) engine with 747 ecm and anlw bin
it is in a chevrolet el camino 70 ss i converted to tbi.

my problem is that the check engine flasches when i emulating
i can load the bin verify it but when i turn engine key the check
engine lamp flasches and engine going bad .

can i emulate all ecms up to 256k realtime whit pocketrom I ??

i have a ostrich rom to and going to have it on a 94 350 LO5 (k) 4L60E
whit 16196395 ecm and bjlk bin does the ostrich support the
real time on this ecm.

read aldl at the sametime you emulating (realtime) with the pocketrom or ostrich (i have 1 comport and 1 usbport )aldl on usb and rom on com . the com port in preferences whits port.

Honken -

You'll want to make sure you're using the correct bin for your car.

The Romulator I will emulate up to 32 kilobyte (256 kilobit). The Ostrich will emulate up to 512 kilobyte (4 megabit).

If your '94 ECM uses a standard EEPROM (or EPROM), you should be able to use an emulator, provided it meets the size requirements outlined above.

If you continue to have problems with emulation, try disabling the checksum (set the MASK ID byte to 0xAA - it is usually the BYTE at offset 0x08 in the bin).

hello
i hade to take off the disable then it work on the pocketrom
whit the 747ecm and anlw bin.

the ostrich cant i try yet have some trouble whit the engine
that has the 16196395 ecm and bjlk bin
