DME 403 SOFT 950 XDF

Post by Evil »

Here is my current XDF for DME 403:

https://www.catupload.com/download/dd96 ... a3567.html

Many things have been found thanks to the discussions we have on the 413/506 thread and the amazing work of Hairyscreech and Olafu (also Mykk who is very active on this thread)... So a HUGE thanks to them.

It is not 100% complete, some descriptors are still unknown (1C, C9, D1, D6), and many tables functions are still unknow, we can discuss here if some have infos for this DME . Anyway, ALL tables are listed.

I will update here all evolutions of this XDF.

1C is vehicle speed. D6 is raw load, D5 is dampened load.

What Calc do you use to convert temperature header into actual degree?

For temperatures i use X*0.75 - 48. Thats the formula Ive seen on many threads here, dont know if its 100% accurate.
Are you sure for D6 To be raw load?? There is no D5 in 403, and I think raw and dampered load are D3 and D2

Sounds right, D2 and D3 are the equivalent to the D5 and D6 pairing in M3.3.1 everything I have seen points to a very evolutionary approach to these ECUs, even across processor variations and engine architecture changes much of the process and programming philosophy is retained.
