Does anyone know (assuming detonation/preignition are not a concern and the grams/sec of air are the same) whether warmer intake temps actually speed up the flame front thus requiring less timing to reach mbt?
I ask because my cars stock iat spark correction table starts pulling timing really early (1 degree at 11C, 3 degree at 22C) even at light throttle positions where it never gets kr even if the iat table is zeroed out.
