Can there be something used to show that there are differences in the current and compare files?

Small "flag" on the folder to show that there is a difference with one on the scalar/map etc to show which one when opened.

I am comparing files from the same series of engine in BMW M54 engines.

I am making a custom tune for my build-in-progress and need to see what has been changed between M54B52 and M54B30 because I am carrying it over onto another ECU type(M52TU)

Doimg that in the "F7" view would be great.
The feature should have a toggle On/Off so it doesn't continuously compare.
