Some eeproms (for example the 27C32) require the use of the Moates SocketBooster for emulation to work.

first problem found

Post by bran »

I have found the first problem
was the configuration of the EmuUtility
as the picture show the problem was the END JUSTIFY flag
begause of the dimension of my file it was stored at the end of the Ostrich memory.

Now loading the file with EmuUtility my car run perfectly

New issue loading file First 2 byte different

Post by bran »

As you can see in the previous post
my ostrich 2.0 uploading the file using EmuUtility work well.
But...

Uploading the file in ostrich using tunerproRT i have the following problem.
The first 2 byte of the file are different .

if i read the ostrich using an eprom programmer i see that
the first 2 byte are different from the original and the car does not run

Thanks for help

Are you using an xdf that has a checksum calculation in it? This could be changing the first two bytes in your bin file.
