bmw overfuelling

Hi I have been running bmw 325 turbo.I have tuned it and it run really well.The other day I pulled it out and it run fine then it started to over fuel and now wont run.When I go into the moates live data it doesnt give me any cranking fuel or etc transfer when tracing and if I put a noid light on the injectors it is really bright as in lots of peer being sent to the injectors.Also with the fuel pressure it drops of to nearly nothing like all injectors are being powered at once.I thought it was my tune but I bought a chip from wmmotorsoprt and still the same so I think the tune is ok.I have swapped ecu's also but still the same what does anyone think,
