I would love to see a plugin style custom emulator interface.
I have built a custom emulator that sits in the ECU but don't want to go and write a custom ROM editor. If I could get a call like UpdateROM(address, value) I could write a little DLL to interface with my custom hardware. If others wanted to expand the emulator options they could as well.
