Adding a new table

Not sure wether this is actually a bug or my small brain, but when I try to add a new TABLE I appear to get the same dialog as when adding a new FUNCTION. If I open an existing table I appear to get the usual table dialog just not when creating a new one.
Any ideas??

I get the same problem too

Version 4.12.1709 on Win98SE.
