both my buffer address and chip address are set to 000000-07FFFF.

Don't know why it doesn't work. I read my existing chip using a pocket programmer and then saved the .bin file. After that I loaded it into TunerPro. well that's one thing i'm actually not sure of. running windows 2000 pro. I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers several times and set up the com ports exactly as the read-me says.
