The difference is in the vehicle your tuning. Would be the same for a V8 if it were boosted. Natural Aspiration can only take in so much air before it runs out of breath. Thus the drop in fuel ie drop in VE. Forced Induction, more so turbos(load dependent) even at say 7k rpm, you're still boosting. ...
