last week my lambda broke,now my AFR is very rich in idlle and part throttle map.i found another lambda map it is 1x6 7952 adres i droped all the values to 0 now i have full control on iddle fuel and part throttle maps but a made shortcut to lambda signal betwen pin 70 and 71 try it Oldman

When you disconnect the O2 sensor, it only keeps the Lambda circuit open, then the ECU will give full fuel all of the time which gives a vrey rich burn. I think I have found problem with mine, I am not sure if I am right, but this is what I think: the origianl ECU is to be run on a 2.5L engine, now...

Idle speed location in the bin file that is available for download here at tunerpro.

Hex address 7988, map size 1x4,
7992 maps size 1x4
79A6 maps size 1x4

One of those should be it, so try it. you can add those to the existing XDF if you know how to edit it, it is easy,

Warning! this guy hasn't made a single XDF and uses my own free XDFs to make money on people. Did you installed the airbox and MAF? dont forget to put in the idle actuator.
project is cool idea but dont forget that m20 head is very fragile i installed m50 because in my m20 head cranked 3 times.m50 is harder to kill

not yet i dont have my Eprom burner so i cant tune, i just disable lambda fedback,like "revlimiter" told me, and install the lambda emulator,even with the lambda emulator signal that is always "perfect and static" the ECU makes the fuel changes.

I was on the dyno last year, i did get 240 Hp and 285 NM of tourqe but the AFR was lean 13.2/14.5,the ECU adaptation changed my AFR on every run.

When the engine is cold the iddle rpm and AFR are static,but after the orginal lambda gets hot,the rpm and AFR go crazy.

motronic software gives engine big tolerance for fuel octane level and atmosferic presure,I belive that all mecanic changes i made to my engine are beyond ECU adaptation level,so I nead full control over ECU software

AFR VS Air Temperature

Today i went on track with my car and the Air temp was around 17*C last week i set the AFR in WOT map to value around 12.5/13 the Air temp was around 27*C today the AFR was Very lean 16/15.3 is it posible to have that big difference by this 10*C temp difference? engine is N/A

the bether solution is to convert AFM to MAF it will give faster signal and increase the flow,there are kits like this one

install the AFM and wait for the ECU to adapt,look at the AFR on WOT run,if the AFR will go lean change the values in the WOT map to higher if to rich lower the values,but the bigger AFM will not do much if you will not have biger trottle

I use the willem programer to burn eproms,if i want to read the data from 27c512 i need to switch conectors in the willem main bord the 27c256 is 32kb memory and have diferent setings,maybe you read the data from the chip with setings for 27c256 that why you only get 32kb

Success !!!after adjusting the feedback in the bin,the AFR is stable,tomorrow I will install big bore throttle and try to adjust the AFR to better value,right now the AFR is little to rich at low rpm,perfect at the middle and to rich at HI
